Train residents on the importance of first impressions from the parking lot to the pew.
Projects:
Work alongside volunteers and team leaders in the six major functions of First Impressions for three weeks and the run point for one or two weeks in each of these areas under the guidance of a mentor.
Work alongside volunteers and team leaders for at least two weekend services in each of the "paid service" areas: Cafe, Coffee Shop, and Bookstore. Debrief during the week with the lead staff person sharing observations and possible mechanisms for improvement.
Take part in making key first impressions via phone/email/Info Center.
Research five websites from other multi-site churches and evaluate those against our own, sharing input for how our website can be most effective.
Identify and observe three local churches other than CCV and evaluate the effectiveness of their first impressions ministry.
Visit each CCV campus to evaluate consistency and effectiveness between campuses.
